Finally,
an easy to use Word program that
lets you create and print post instructions
with just a click of the mouse.
You can create any number
of post instruction categories
with narratives that can be modified and updated
for each post. For example:
- Interior building patrols
- Exterior building patrols
- Vehicle Patrols
- Lobby Duties
- Fire Extinguisher Inspection
- Alarm Duties
- Locking Doors
- Unlocking Doors
- Visitor Access Procedures
- Daily Log Process
- Incident Report Process
- Stairwell Inspections
- Shopping Center
Patrol
- Warehouse Patrol
- Gate Duties
Within each post instruction category
you can create any number of general instruction
narratives. General Instruction narratives
can be as comprehensive and extensive as you
need them to be. Standard instructions are
used only on a particular post. When a standard
instruction is assigned to a post it can be
modified to fit that posts needs and not affect
the original version.
When you print out clients
post instructions it will have a cover sheet
listing your company name, the clients name,
the post name and the date that the instructions
were printed (revised). You can even include
your company’s logo on the cover sheets.
For liability purposes, each time you print
out a set of instructions a compliance form
is attached. The compliance sheet is used for
security officers and supervisors to sign and
date it indicating that:
A- The supervisor post orientated the officer
regarding the instructions.
B- The officer understood the post instructions.
