	We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept company checks and money orders. Orders received with personal checks will not be shipped until the check clears. Invoiced orders will not be shipped until payment is received. COD orders no longer accepted. International orders must be in USD wired,company checks or money orders. Shipping
	Be sure to list the shipping address on all orders if it is different from the billing address. All videos, books and CD orders are shipped FREE in the USA via USPS Media Mail. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery. Other products are shipped USPS or UPS ground, charges are based on location and service requested. All PO Box orders will be shipped via USPS. 3-day shipping for videos and CD’s within the USA $9.95 Overnight orders within the Continental USA are based on weight and destination. Minimum charge is $30. Please call or e-mail for exact charges. International order rates, are based on weight, destination and service requested. Your order will be shipped no later than the next business day. You will also receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you. Downloading Templates Downloaded templates are identical to the CD versions. Downloads are all discounted to save you money, shipping and time. Log onto our site and select the download version you want, fill in and submit your credit card information. You now own the template. Our on-line ordering uses a secure server page. Your data is safely encrypted and is safe from unauthorized access. But if you would like to order by mail or fax, you can download the SGMnow Order Form in PDF format.

Returns
	All sales are final. If within 30 days of your purchase your product is found to be defective, we will replace it with no questions asked. Please call 1-301-812-1330 during normal business days, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please include the RMA number when you return the defective item. Upon receipt of your return, SGM will ship you a replacement item for no charge, including shipping fees.
