Professor Phillip M. Satterfield
Mr. Phillip M. Satterfield is a professor of at Cerritos College , Norwalk California he is alas a retired Police Lieutenant from Orange County , California . He served as Executive Training Advisor and Field Training Coordinator at the Criminal Justice Training Center Police Academy , Golden West College , Huntington Beach , California for 16 years. In 1994, Lt. Satterfield became a member of the Rio Hondo College Police Academy training staff in Whittier , California and he coordinates their Security Training Program.
Lt. Satterfield is currently a full-time Professor in Administration of Justice at Cerritos College , Norwalk , California . He is also the Coordinator of the Cerritos College Associate in Arts Degree Program in Security Management.
Lt. Satterfield holds an Associate in Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Long Beach City College , a Bachelors Degree in Police Administration from California State University at Long Beach and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from California State University Long Beach Graduate School in Public Policy and Administration. Lt. Satterfield holds Life-Time Teaching Credentials in Law Enforcement and Public Administration.
Lt. Satterfield is also a Consultant for many security agencies and corporations. He develops their security and supervision training programs, writes their policy and procedure manuals and provides on-site training for their personnel. Lt. Satterfield has conducted training seminars throughout the United States to a variety of government, corporate and private security agencies.
