The 24 Tactical Solution Scenario (TSS) chapters program reduces the costly expense of classroom training.
Supervisors can train and test officers while on duty.
The process works as follows: The supervisor takes a chapter to the officer and goes over the various scenarios. he supervisor then
reviews and tests the officer. The session is then documented on the TSS control form and signed by the officer and the supervisor.
The entire process takes about 20 minutes. Once the officer completes the course (24 chapters), it is the equivalent of 8 hours of
documented training. You can then certify that the officer received his/her 8 hours annual training and you didn’t have to pay them to
sit in a classroom. The TSS program complies with most state annual eight-hour training requirements.
The TSS program includes: a binder with hard copies of all chapters - a CD with all chapters that can be used to print out chapters
as they are needed. - a CD with PowerPoint slides of all chapters that can be used in a
classroom environment - a control form to monitor and document your officers progress..
