Each Tactical Solution Scenario should take a supervisor about twenty minutes to train an officer. Therefore, the twenty-four Tactical Solution Scenarios are equivalent to eight hours training.

There are three versions of the Tactical Solution Scenarios as well as support documents.

1. A hard copy of the scenarios and answer sheets that can be duplicated of a facsimile machine.
2.  A PDF of all Tactical Solution Scenarios that can be printed from your computer (see the TSS CD)
3.  A PowerPoint Presentation for classroom sessions (see the TSS CD)
•  A Control sheet for monitoring each officers progress.
•  A Certificate of Completion.

Suggested Training Methods

Onsite- When the supervisor visits officers on duty they give them a Tactical Solution Scenario. The officer reads the few paragraphs and answers the questionnaire. The supervisor reviews the answers. If there are any incorrect answers the supervisor tutors them the correct answer. The officer and the supervisor both sign the Tactical Solution Scenario which is later filed in the officers personnel jacket.

Home Study - Officers are issued a hard copy of a Tactical Solution Scenario and answer sheet to review and answer at home. The officer turns in the completed scenario to the supervisor when he reports for duty. The supervisor reviews the answers. If there are any incorrect answers the supervisor tutors them regarding the correct answer. The officer and the supervisor both sign the Tactical Solution Scenario.

Classroom Environment

Twenty Four Tactical Solution Scenarios can be taught in a classroom environment by using the PowerPoint presentation or hard copy supplied with the program.

Documentation

Each completed Tactical Solution Scenario should be documented on a TSS control sheet or other method and then filed in the officers personnel jacket.

Certification

You can modify the TSS certificate with your company name and logo to issue security officer a certificate of completion.

New Tactical Solution Scenarios

SGM will be continually creating new Tactical Solutions. When 12 new Tactical Solution Scenarios are developed they will represent an additional 4 hours of training. The Tactical Solution Scenario program will be upgraded to 12 hours of training. This process will continue at the discretion of SGM. Each time there is an up grade the price of the Tactical Solution Scenario program will increase accordingly. Current owners of any Tactical Solution Scenario program may purchase the additional scenarios at a discount. Tactical Solution Scenario program owners will be notified by e-mail regarding the availability.
